Because they are the three questions our buyer-protection checklist tells every reader to answer before spending anything — and until now, answering them meant taking our word for it. The IPSS has been the standard symptom measure in urology since 1992. The cost figures come from the vendors' own published packages and our checkout audits. The refund figures come from ClickBank's marketplace data (August–November 2026 window), the same pull behind every score on this site. Where a number could not be verified, the tool says so instead of estimating silently.
