Refund Reality: What 100 Buyers Actually Did

Sales pages quote testimonials. This page quotes the exit door. For each offer below: of every 100 buyers, about how many had refunded or charged back by day 90 — measured in ClickBank's marketplace data, not surveyed, not estimated — plus the guarantee window and what making a claim actually involves, from our audits.

How to read this table

OfferRefunded or charged back by day 90 (of 100 buyers)Guarantee window
TitanFlow≈ 10 (9.7%)180 days
ProstaVive≈ 10 (10.4%)180 days
Prosta Peak≈ 18 (17.9%)180 days (see note in the checker)
Prostadine≈ 18 (18.2%)60 days
Audifort≈ 19 (18.8%)90 days

Two readings matter. First, the spread: the best record in this set still means one buyer in ten reversed the purchase — returns are normal in this category, which is exactly why the guarantee terms matter more than the sales copy. Second, these rates are why our ranking is not sorted by payout: Prostadine pays the most per sale and refunds nearly twice as often as TitanFlow. We rank by the buyer's likely experience, and this page is the receipt.

Not shown, deliberately: Quietum Plus, Protoflow, FluxActive Complete, ProstaLite, PotentStream, and Vital Flow have no measured return rate in our pull. Until one exists, their record here is blank rather than estimated.

Frequently Asked Questions

Where do these return rates come from?

ClickBank's own marketplace reporting, pulled from inside our affiliate account on November 7, 2026, covering the August 8 – November 6, 2026 window. "Return rate" is ClickBank's combined refunds-plus-chargebacks figure, read at day 90 after purchase. It is the same data behind the rankings on this site, and it is why two offers with bigger headline payouts rank below two with smaller ones.

Does a high return rate mean a product is a scam?

No — and a low one doesn't make a product effective. A return rate measures the buying experience: whether the product matched the expectation the funnel set, how the billing behaved, and how the guarantee claim went. TitanFlow's 9.7% and Audifort's 18.8% are both compatible with "real product, real guarantee" — the difference is how many buyers felt the purchase was a mistake within 90 days. Judge effectiveness separately; no supplement in this category has proven effectiveness, whatever its return rate.

Why aren't Quietum Plus and the other bench offers listed?

Because no measured return rate exists for them in our pull, and this page does not invent numbers. Quietum Plus (a hearing bench offer we link to as of November 2026) was not in the in-account marketplace pull, so its record here is honestly blank until we can measure it. The same applies to Protoflow, FluxActive Complete, ProstaLite, PotentStream, and Vital Flow.

What should I do with this before buying?

Three things, all cheap. Buy the smallest package first, so a refund is a small event. Screenshot the guarantee terms and the order total at checkout — terms pages change, screenshots don't. And set a reminder for day 45–60, not the last week of the window: claims involve authorization steps and return shipping, and a claim started late is the most common way these guarantees fail honest buyers.
